A smooth lawn is easier to mow and will look more symmetrically cut. Level ground is needed to get that crisp, professionally maintained look. Periodic rolling will get the lawn back to the way it should be.

- Lawn rolling fixes lawn damage that occurs as a result of “frost heaving,” the expanding and contracting of soil due to freezing.
Lawn Rolling should be scheduled when the soil is soft enough, but not too soft. The service day is picked when ideal environmental conditions exists.
When the conditions are ideal, we will go out of our way to provide service for all the customers that have placed an appointment to have their lawns rolled.
Commercial Lawn Roller Equipment
Hoelscher Commercial PT roller. Its overall width is approximately 64″ which allows access to most lawns, but large enough for open acres such as football and soccer fields. The roller’s loaded weight is in excess of “1 TON.”
** 78 ” clearance needed. Please note that I pull this with a Ventrac tractor and run dual wheels to help with compaction; therefore, I need a minimum of 78″ of gate access.
